Policies & Terms
1. Payment & Orders
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Supported configured products show instant pricing and can be paid securely at checkout; unusual jobs without an implemented price use a separate Custom Order Request or Material Request with secure payment instructions. Turnaround time begins only after payment is received and the flattened approval mockup/proof is approved. Checkout totals for supported configurations use the current catalog and are validated by the server before payment.
2. No Installation Services
Ink & Orbit is strictly a print and ship facility. We do not offer installation services, nor do we assume any liability for damage caused during the installation process by the purchaser or third-party installers.
3. File Responsibility
While we pre-flight all submitted artwork for resolution and bleed, the purchaser is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the files, including spelling, layout, and color profiles. If a file is printed as submitted and contains an error present in the original file, a reprint will require full payment.
When Ink & Orbit creates your design, you receive only a flattened approval mockup/proof for review. Ink & Orbit retains production artwork, vehicle templates, layered and editable files, scaled files, panel layouts, and print-ready output.
By submitting a logo, photograph, character, trademark, design, or other content for printing, you represent that you own it or have all permissions and licenses needed for Ink & Orbit to store, reproduce, prepare, print, and ship it. Ink & Orbit may refuse or pause content we suspect is unauthorized.
4. Color Matching
We calibrate our machines regularly. However, unless a hard-copy color proof is requested and approved, we cannot guarantee an exact match to a screen display or a previous print run from another facility. If color is critical, you must request a hard proof.
5. Shipping & Claims
We package graphics for shipment. Tracking is provided; insurance or declared-value coverage depends on the selected carrier service and order. Once a package is handed to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS), Ink & Orbit is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, photograph the package before opening it and the graphics after opening, then contact us promptly so we can review the issue and any carrier claim.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom manufactured to exact specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If an error occurs on our end (e.g., printed wrong file, incorrect material used, banding/print defects), we will reprint the affected pieces at our expense and ship them via the original shipping method.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
